Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non refundable. Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than a 48 hour notice will result in a forfeit of your deposit. If you cancel same day or no-show, you will be charged 40% of the service. There is a 10 minute grace period, if I can still take you in after that time, there will be a late fee. If not, you will be forfeiting your deposit. Thank you for understanding, NO EXCEPTIONS.
